Janine MacArthur
Janine is the owner of Essence Massage Studio. She opened her studio in February 2008 after working in local area studios for 3 years. Janine has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts since 2005 and is certified nationally. She is also a Reiki Master and certified teacher.

Landa Pappas
As a dedicated student of dance for many years Landa came naturally to love all movement. She has studied various Yoga styles for 4 years and recently received her Hatha Yoga Certification. She has a long standing meditation practice and brings her experience to all her classes.
